Avicii, Armin Van Buuren and Kaskade are among the powerhouses remixing Disney’s classics for DCONSTRUCTED, an album that is bringing EDM to to the children.
Among the re-imagined tracks are songs from Monsters University, The Incredibles, The Muppets, Toy Story, Sleeping Beauty, Dumbo and Tron, which was originally scored by Daft Punk. Seems like Disney might have already been ahead of the game.
The EDM compilation, out April 22, also includes music inspired by the original Mickey Mouse cartoons, and a familiar song for anyone who has ever visited Disneyland or Disney World – the already very electronic theme from the park’s Main Street Electrical Parade.
